Turbines from Hällarydsverken
Hällarydsverken manufactured about 1200 turbines between 1890 and 1955. Hällarydsturbiner, a spin-off from Hällarydsverken, was one of Turabs local competitors until 2000, when they went bankrupt.
Turab bought all documentation, drawings and moulding patterns from the trustee. We therefore have good access to spare parts and technical documentation for Hällaryd turbines. We also employed Hällaryd personnel with good knowledge of these machines.
Turab is a Swedish manufacturer of small scale hydro turbines. We are serving a large number of hydro power plant customers. These customers own turbines from a number of different manufacturers. We have about 35 employees working with preventive maintenence, spare part manufacturing and repairs. We also offer knew turbines for existing power plants.
